Back and better than ever, our OG Christmas roast pizza complete with roast turkey breast, crispy bacon, stuffing, mozzarella, spinach, caramelised onion and tomato base, cranberries, sage and a healthy drizzle of garlic oil.
Coming in next we have the Wild mushroom & truffle pizza with roasted wild and flat mushrooms, truffle oil, artichokes, rocket, pine nuts and rosemary.
And last, but certainly not least, our plant based Smoked Applewood® pizza with vegan mozzarella, caramelised onion and tomato base, spinach, cranberries and sage.

The beautifully-designed restaurant will be opening its doors, ready to serve up the best Neapolitan sourdough pizza in Cambridge, alongside local gins, craft beers and hand-spun shakes. Soon to be sitting pretty on one of Cambridge’s oldest streets, steeped in history, the restaurant will be the destination for everything from casual lunch dates, late night pizza parties and post-study pizza sessions.
Our dough is handmade from scratch everyday with the finest Caputo flour and cooked in a Marana Forni pizza oven. On the menu we have everything from: Slow-roasted barbecue with shredded pork shoulder, red peppers, coriander and spring onions on smoky barbecue sauce base; or our new Aubergine parmigiana with Glastonbury mozzarella, Italian hard cheese, black olives and crushed red chilli. We also offer seasonally-changing specials, as well as a selection of non-pizza sharers and dishes, including a Whole baked camembert with onion marmalade, wrapped in sourdough Charcuterie board and indulgent macaroni cheese.
