We are delighted to share with you that Three Joes will be landing in the historic city of Cambridge on Wednesday 23rd August! The beautifully-designed restaurant will be opening its doors, ready to serve up the best Neapolitan sourdough pizza in Cambridge, alongside local gins, craft beers and hand-spun shakes. Soon to be sitting pretty on one of Cambridge’s oldest streets, steeped in history, the restaurant will be the destination for everything from casual lunch dates, late night pizza parties and post-study pizza sessions.
Our dough is handmade from scratch everyday with the finest Caputo flour and cooked in a Marana Forni pizza oven. On the menu we have everything from: Slow-roasted barbecue with shredded pork shoulder, red peppers, coriander and spring onions on smoky barbecue sauce base; or our new Aubergine parmigiana with Glastonbury mozzarella, Italian hard cheese, black olives and crushed red chilli. We also offer seasonally-changing specials, as well as a selection of non-pizza sharers and dishes, including a Whole baked camembert with onion marmalade, wrapped in sourdough Charcuterie board and indulgent macaroni cheese. We have been proudly serving up mouth-watering sourdough pizza since 2017. For those who are new here, you’ll find our restaurants in the market towns of Winchester and Lincoln, as well as the south coast spot of Chichester. With five other bustling restaurants, it’s about time Cambridge gets a slice of what we have to offer. See you in August!
