Our sourdough is made from scratch every day using the finest grade “00” Caputo flour. Every day we feed our starter and ferment our dough for at least 24 hours, giving the dough its remarkably delicious tang. We love supporting small businesses from around the country, whether it’s the Chilli Oil Company in Salisbury, Stokes Sauces in Suffolk, or our lovely Crockery from Grayshott Pottery in Surrey.
