Our sourdough is made fresh every day using the finest grade “00” Caputo flour. Every day we feed our starter and ferment our dough for at least 24 hours, giving the dough its remarkably delicious tang. We buy from lots of English farmers and suppliers. We love The Chilli Oil Company in Salisbury and Stokes sauces from Suffolk, and we use LoveSeitan from Buckinghamshire for our plant based pizzas.
