Our sourdough is made fresh every day using the finest grade “00” Captuo flour. Every day we feed our starter and ferment our dough for at least 24 hours, giving the dough its remarkably delicious tang. We buy from lots of English farmers and suppliers. Our gorgeous fior di latte mozzarella is from Brue Valley Farm in Glastonbury. We love The Chilli Oil Company in Sailsbury and Stokes sauces from Suffolk, and we use LoveSeitan from Buckinghamshire for our plant based pizzas.
